Terms and Conditions of Sale
Introduction
SANCTUAIRE organises events combining movement, wellbeing practices and creative activities. These terms govern bookings and participation by individual consumers in its paid events. They are available before purchase and must be accepted when booking.
Article 1 — Organiser
Events are organised by Samar Khoshnevis Rad, a sole trader registered in France (entrepreneur individuel — EI), trading as SANCTUAIRE.
SIREN: 103 412 748
Email:
hello@snctr.comAddress: 36 Quai Louis Blériot, 75016 Paris, France.
Article 2 — Events
Depending on the programme, events may include yoga, Pilates, breathing exercises, sound relaxation, creative workshops or refreshments. The booking page specifies the included activities, date, times, location, price and any particular participation requirements. Events are reserved for adults aged 18 and over.
Article 3 — Booking
Bookings are made through the system indicated on the website, subject to availability. Before confirming an order, customers can check their details, booking contents and total price, and correct any errors. Booking information and the accepted terms are sent by email in a format customers can retain. A booking is considered confirmed once full payment for the order has been received.
Article 4 — Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of any applicable taxes. They cover the services described on the booking page. Any additional charges are displayed before the order is confirmed. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is collected at the time of booking.
Article 5 — No statutory cooling-off period
Tickets concern leisure activities provided on a specified date or during a specified period. Accordingly, the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply, under Article L.221-28, paragraph 12, of the French Consumer Code. The cancellation policy below remains applicable.
Article 6 — Cancellation by the participant
Cancellation requests must be emailed to
hello@snctr.com, stating the participant's name and the relevant event. Requests received at least 10 calendar days before the event's scheduled start time qualify for a full refund of the amount paid for the booking. Requests received after that deadline, and non-attendance, do not qualify for a refund or credit, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
Article 7 — Cancellation, postponement or changes by SANCTUAIRE
If SANCTUAIRE cancels an event, participants will be notified by email and receive a full refund of their booking. If an event is postponed or an essential element of the booking changes substantially, customers may accept the revised arrangements or cancel their booking for a full refund. A credit or alternative date may be offered, but will replace a refund only with the customer's agreement. These provisions do not limit any other statutory consumer rights.
Article 8 — Refund arrangements
Refunds due will be issued within 14 calendar days of:
- receipt of a cancellation request that qualifies for a refund;
- notification that SANCTUAIRE has cancelled the event; or
- receipt of the customer's rejection of a postponement or substantial change that qualifies for a refund.
Refunds will use the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees to another method at no additional cost.
Article 9 — Participation and safety
Participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the venue, organiser and instructors. They should adapt their participation to their abilities and may stop an activity at any time. Anyone unsure whether an activity is suitable for their health should consult a healthcare professional before participating. The activities are not medical treatments. These precautions do not remove any legal safety obligations or liability of SANCTUAIRE or its instructors.
Article 10 — Respect for people and premises
Participants must treat other people, equipment and the venue respectfully. SANCTUAIRE may stop someone's participation when necessary to address violent, discriminatory or dangerous behaviour. Any action taken must be proportionate to the circumstances and respect applicable rights.
Article 11 — Refreshments and allergies
Where food or drinks are provided, participants may request available information about ingredients and allergens before consuming them. Requests for dietary adjustments should be discussed with SANCTUAIRE in advance. Availability will be confirmed individually; making a request does not mean it has been accepted.
Article 12 — Photography and video
Photography or filming may take place during events. Buying a ticket does not authorise promotional use of a participant's image. Any necessary permission is obtained separately and specifies the intended uses, publication channels and duration. Declining promotional use of their image does not prevent a person from participating in the event.
Article 13 — Personal data
Information needed for bookings is used to manage orders and organise events. Our
Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed and describes individuals' rights. Subscribing to marketing announcements is separate from purchasing a ticket.
Article 14 — Complaints and consumer mediation
Complaints should be emailed to
hello@snctr.com. If a prior written complaint does not resolve the dispute, the consumer may refer it free of charge to SANCTUAIRE's designated consumer mediator, subject to the applicable legal conditions.
Article 15 — Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections applicable to them. The competent court is determined under the applicable jurisdiction rules.
